Eurasian sparrowhawk
Clutch of five bird eggs collected on May 12th 1948. The record card reads: ‘Nest situated on outstretched branch of an oak tree growing near the edge of the wood. Nest rather small and elongated. Lined with twigs, bark and a few feathers.’
