Feather star

These small fragments of a sea lily are parts of the holotype of PH Carpenter’s Antedon crenulata. It was found in the ‘Neighbourhood of Borneo, Malay Archipelago, E. I.’ Original publication: Description of new or little known Comatulae. I. On the species of Atelecrinus and Eudiocrinus. II. The Comatulae of the Hamburg Museum. Journal of the Linnean Society of London (Zoology). 16:487–526 1882.
These fragments are from a specimen at Hamburg Museum (ZMH 487-526 [507]) which is currently missing.
