Magic Lantern Slide: Cat study no. 6 (Xmas card)

This lantern slide shows a multicoloured cat in frame with a seasonal message written on a small frame on an easel, this is part of his mini collection of cat slides that was donated to the museum in 1977.

William Weaver Baker was a keen local amateur photographer and his collection of lantern slides offer a rare glimpse of Exeter and the surrounding area in the early twentieth century.
