Jug

This is a black slip ware jug or oinochoe, sometimes known as Cypro Bucchero Ware. It has a ring base and is decorated with vertical incised lines which imitate more expensive metal vessels. It has been in the museum’s collection for many years but unfortunately it was not recorded where or when it was found.
