Mr Thomas Camble of the West of England Fire Brigade, Exeter

Thomas Camble wears a frockcoat over a double-breasted waistcoat. Protecting his legs and feet are leather boots, whilst the leather helmet has an enlarged tailpiece to protect the neck.
