Sleeved waistcoat

This waistcoat belonged to the Quicke family of Devon for 200 years. It was probably worn by John Quicke (1687-1729). He married Rebecca Nutcombe on 1720. They lived in Newton St. Cyres. It is a sleeved waistcoat, typical of the time and was made either in England or in France.
