Club

Massim Sword club with lanceolate tip, fine fretwork and scrollwork pommel. Sword clubs were widespread throughout Massim society and worn by men in their everyday activities. They were for predominantly ceremonial purposes, with occasional use to resolve disagreements such as conflicts over women or garden boundaries. They usually have intricate and elaborate engravings suitable for displaying a warrior’s military splendour.
