Bottle

The neck of this jar is in the form of a human figure adorned with a necklace and headdress. It possibly depicts the creator god Bochica or someone considered important such as a local ruler. This was documented as being ‘found in Indian graves’, likely as a result of excavation work.

Collected before 1878.
