Pot

Small decorated clay pot, which was likely made in the 14th century. Ica-Chincha culture, Southwest Peru. They were prominent maritime traders who lived in a fertile valley on the coast. Conquered by the Inca, circa 1480, the Ica-Chincha culture completely declined during the Spanish conquest of Peru after 1532.
