Magic Lantern Slide: Misericord: Branch from dragon's mouth. Exeter

This image is from a collection of glass lantern slides created by Mr Weaver Baker in 1911. It shows one of the medieval misericord seats in Exeter Cathedral carved in the form of a plant sprouting from the mouth of a dragon. Weaver Baker’s collection forms an early and detailed photographic record of Exeter Cathedral and other historic buildings in the city.
