Figurine of Athena Parthenos
This is a miniature version of the Athena Parthenos statue by Pheidas at the Acropolis, Athens. Montague, a local Victorian collector, believed it to be a genuine ancient Greek object. Recent scientific tests revealed it is a 19th century fake.
